How Can Horses Grow Better Leaders?
Horses offer unbiased feedback. Often groups will be assigned activities to complete in the arena with the untethered horses. Since horses read intentions and energies effectively and will have an agenda of their own, interesting interactions can take place. Often groups will label certain horses as employees, peers or themselves. It’s like looking at a mirror –it can show you the parts that need to change. No horse experience is needed and there is no riding for most programs.
