The Ranch’s holistic view of Wellness was created with you in mind!

The purpose of the Ranch’s Wellness Wheel is to empower people to take control of their mind, body and spiritual wellness by evaluating areas that need attention to strengthen their sense of identity.

We follow the lead of the horses in studying the importance of health, balance, relationships and spiritual awareness. The Wellness Wheel is a visual tool that highlights these different areas. It gives people the opportunity to take responsibility for their own wellness by identifying areas in their life they may have neglected and seek to improve. Since all of the dimensions are interconnected, an imbalance in one area of the wellness wheel might restrict you from reaching your full potential. The Ranch’s team is here to help you move through any challenge that you face.

You can use the wellness wheel periodically to reflect on your progress over time, and it can help you understand what lifestyle changes you may want to start making. By honing in on each area, you will be able to improve the overall quality of your life, better your health, and work towards your full potential. Our team is prepared to help you identify where you are and where you want to go.

The Ranch uses Equine Assisted Therapies to facilitate wellness in many of these areas. We also have strategic Wellness Wheel Professionals locally and around the country to help you along your journey. These are not directly connected to the Ranch, but they are willing to offer you some next steps.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Some of the Counseling Programs are billable to insurance. Other services at the Ranch are self pay. Appointments outside of the Ranch’s programs will handle their own costs/billing.

The Ranch has strategic Wellness Wheel Professionals that can assist you along your journey. You are not required to use our recommendations, but our Wellness Wheel Professionals understand our mission and are similar minded in their pursuit of Wellness. We encourage you to reach out to them to learn more about their processes, programs and costs. Because we want you to take responsibility in your journey, you can add your own professionals to your wheel along the way.
